I have been project managing in Auckland for the past 20 years, mostly for medium to large construction companies. I started out as a Quantity Surveyor so estimates, budgets (and reducing variations!) are my specialty. Planning, designing, 'value engineering' - getting the best value for money, programming and getting projects completed on time, under budget, without compromising quality are my thing.
