I would not choose to engage Glenn at 1stop for future work based on the negative experience I had with a bathroom reno he completed earlier this month. Communication was cumbersome and Glenn’s responsiveness to queries was disappointingly slow, leaving me to repeatedly chase him for answers which was not ideal. The work itself was acceptable, but did not make up for Glenn’s confrontational attitude when it came to discrepancies in the final balance due, and when it was to be settled.

Amazing finish, we are so happy with the workmanship, Scott did a great job. We would have no hesitation at using him again. We had some trouble with communication and the job was delayed but they worked hard to get it finished and we appreciate the circumstances were difficult. We changed the job to include painting as well as plastering and Glenn was very accommodating and gave us an excellent price. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to use these guys.

Personable, prompt contact, accommodating. Estimated over phone but quoted under that for the work to be done. Gone extra mile with helpful advice and even paint sealer. Gladly recommend for quality gib stop work with no short cuts.
