Either new or renovation, so we’ll be in touch with you regularly, from before the start until well after the completion of the project. We know building work is notorious for delays and budget blow outs – we’re happy to agree on a fixed price before we start, and we’ll give you a definite finish date. If there are changes to the scope of works, we’ll make sure you know exactly how this will affect the end date, and what it will cost.
