Kitchen/dining renovation and deck build

I want to create a semi open plan kitchen/dining/living and add a deck. The entire space is quite small, see photos and drawings with rough measurements attached. Looking for one company to design, project manage, and build, including any engineering & consent work. Would like this completed before Christmas. Looking for a fixed price quote for the design/engineering, project management and consent costs and a detailed quote for the construction. Work will include: - Removing kitchen cabinetry - Removing a load bearing wall & associated engineering and remediation as required - Adding exterior doors where a window currently is - Removing a swing door and install a cavity slider - Re-lining & insulating the kitchen walls - Installing a large cavity slider to allow separation of new kitchen/dining and the living area - Installing additional power and moving current power points and light switches - Building a deck
