Plasterboard Installation

Hi, I have a hanging drying rack to install in my bathroom. I’ve been unable to find any solid beams in the ceiling to attach fixings to, just metal tracks. I’ve tried a couple of different screw/plug options with these but the weight of the fully laden rack pulls the screws out. I need someone to work out a way of securing the rack to my ceiling, and to then do this work. I’m guessing it will be 2-4 hours of work for someone who knows what they’re doing.
