Initial response was great, then after a day he didn't turn up. Eventually he texted saying he couldn't do the job and was going to Australia. Unfortunately, I had paid HIS invoice for vanity and shower. The builder cancelled the order, but it was still delivered (too late) and we're left trying to get this refunded to me. Rory has caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and hassle.
