Kia ora, I'm Natelea! I've been looking after Auckland properties for 10 years and recently started Reset Property.
Reset specialises in painting-focussed property preparation but outside of that, can look after most property requirements; including plastering, repair, installation and general handyman work.
You know how it is at the end of a tenancy, bit of wear and tear (or worse!) and the place doesn't quite match those listing photos anymore.
That's where Reset comes in, we take a look at the property and price only what needs to be done to get it up to scratch; offering best value for investors and ensuring a quick turnaround. I wouldn't need to tell you, well-prepared properties lease better and attract high quality tenants.
A little about me:
My experience spans both residential and commercial maintenance and facilities work, within a varied range of complex environments. I've also got commercial project management experience working for some on NZs most demanding organizations so I know how to keep a job on schedule.
You can expect top quality work, punctuality, professionalism and friendly communication; delivered alongside itemized quotes beforehand and a workmanship warranty on completion. As is to be expected I also have liability insurance and site safe qualifications to meet any contractor standards you might have.
