Sylvester Jr Contractors Ltd - SC I had a bad experience with another paint company. They left my house looking sad and work unfinished.They.also damaged my home and cost me a lot of money in repairs. This company stepped in and corrected very poor work. Advised me how things should have been done. They have the knowledge and skills. Finally they completed the work with great care and to an unbelievable high standard. SC Painting at short notice in December 2025 spraypainted white, the inside of a 4 bedroom Lockwood house with high ceilings owned by us in Waiuku. It was a challenging job which the company carried out very competently. They masked all windows, lights and electric switches. Initially they sprayed a coat of pigmented sealer over all the old brown varnish, followed by two top coats of semi gloss white paint. They also sprayed all the doors. In addition they were kind enough to take away all the old carpet and underfelt as well as a lot of other rubbish. This was very helpful since we are elderly and were grateful for the extra help.
