Weatherboard Building Wash

Weatherboard Building Wash — Christchurch Completed an exterior wash of a weatherboard property, cleaning accumulated grime and organic growth from cladding, soffits and accessible exterior joinery. Cleaning pressure and methods were adjusted around ageing paintwork. Existing coating wear and persistent staining were recorded, with maintenance recommendations provided separately. The client received a photographic completion report showing the cleaned areas and items needing further attention.

Commercial Joint and Sealant Repairs

Commercial Joint and Sealant Repairs — Christchurch Carried out targeted repairs at a commercial property following reported water ingress. Concrete joints were prepared, cleaned, primed and resealed with flexible sealant. A separate metal-cladding joint above the valley gutter was secured with additional rivets and resealed. The work was documented with photographs, with monitoring recommended during subsequent rainfall.

Verandah Spouting Replacement

Verandah Spouting Replacement — Christchurch Replaced the verandah spouting with Grey Friars Old Gothic profile and treated localised rust along the exposed bullnose roof edge. The installation included fitting the new spouting to the existing roofline and securing a corner cover plate with blind rivets. Photos show the completed run and fitted corner detail.

Industrial Rope Access — Debris Net Installation Previous industrial project experience: installation of a debris containment net using rope access to help protect workers and pedestrians below from falling material during overhead works. The work involved rigging, anchoring and fitting the net in a difficult-to-access area, following site safety procedures.
