Commercial Joint and Sealant Repairs — Christchurch

Carried out targeted repairs at a commercial property following reported water ingress.

Concrete joints were prepared, cleaned, primed and resealed with flexible sealant. A separate metal-cladding joint above the valley gutter was secured with additional rivets and resealed.

The work was documented with photographs, with monitoring recommended during subsequent rainfall.
