Based in Tauranga and proudly serving the wider Bay of Plenty region, I’m a licensed builder with over 10 years of hands-on experience in residential carpentry. From small renovations and repairs to high-end architectural new builds, I deliver quality craftsmanship and reliable service on every project.

Rates

Qualified Builder:
• $75 + GST per hour

LBP (Licensed Building Practitioner) Work:
• $80 + GST per hour

Apprentice:
• $40 + GST per hour

Other Charges:
• Materials charged at cost + 10% margin
• Subcontractors, plant/equipment & disposal are billed at cost + 10% margin
• Travel or call-out fees may apply depending on location (discussed prior)
• Minimum charge may apply for small jobs
