Tuapiro Marae - 5 x Transportable Homes

Transportables! We partnered with Classic Builders - Katikati to help delivery 5 of the new 10 homes out at Tuapiro Marae. With multiple floor plans and designs, we could provide different dimensions and personability to the subdivision. Giving everyone their own sense of home and belonging. These homes consisted of simple James Hardie weatherboard, with aluminium joinery and long run roofing. Simple designs, well-built and ready to service the Kuia and Kaumatua of Tuapiro.

Deep Blue Sea - Golf Road Bathroom Renovation

Our client on Golf Road found himself in a pickle when the upstairs bathroom sprung a leak. There was plenty of mould and rot found underneath the shower. We pulled up and replaced all the rotten strand flooring with ply. Installed a new shower and helped to save costs by reinstating the bath and vanity fixtures. Plastering / Paint and Carpentry work all done in house!

Faulkner Street - New Build

Faulkner Street 🏡 180sqm living space/120sqm outdoor entertainment area. 2.7m in the air sits the new build we have recently completed for our client! This awesome home has kept us busy the past 5 months through summer. Completing this project on time, ready for the client to put it on the market before Easter. A simple 3 bedroom, timber weatherboard home constructed using experienced and professional methods. Additionally we engaged with the homeowner early, advising we raise the height of a the home from the initial 600mm floor level. Utilising the space under the home as a double carport with additional secure storage. Advice, experience and honesty is what you can expect when you engage with us
