Timber Joinery Replacement / Remedials

A previous and repeat client had engaged us to help remediate the old and weathered timber doors. Using our budget friendly approach, we were able to help them achieve a new look on their daughters bedroom. Changing from a double panel white glass door, to a funky new purple single panel look! Doing everything from customising the door to fit, through to trimming the custom pocket and installing the new door hardware, we did it all!

Barge / Fascia Rot Repairs

We have spent plenty of time fixing roofs and improperly installed barge / fascia boards. We remove rot, seal the new boards with 2 coats of oil-based sealer and one coat of topcoat prior to installation. This ensures that the board is safe from the exterior weather before it even goes up and will help improve the longevity of the fascia.

Tuapiro Marae - 5 x Transportable Homes

Transportables! We partnered with Classic Builders - Katikati to help delivery 5 of the new 10 homes out at Tuapiro Marae. With multiple floor plans and designs, we could provide different dimensions and personability to the subdivision. Giving everyone their own sense of home and belonging. These homes consisted of simple James Hardie weatherboard, with aluminium joinery and long run roofing. Simple designs, well-built and ready to service the Kuia and Kaumatua of Tuapiro.

Deep Blue Sea - Golf Road Bathroom Renovation

Our client on Golf Road found himself in a pickle when the upstairs bathroom sprung a leak. There was plenty of mould and rot found underneath the shower. We pulled up and replaced all the rotten strand flooring with ply. Installed a new shower and helped to save costs by reinstating the bath and vanity fixtures. Plastering / Paint and Carpentry work all done in house!

Faulkner Street - New Build

Faulkner Street 🏡 180sqm living space/120sqm outdoor entertainment area. 2.7m in the air sits the new build we have recently completed for our client! This awesome home has kept us busy the past 5 months through summer. Completing this project on time, ready for the client to put it on the market before Easter. A simple 3 bedroom, timber weatherboard home constructed using experienced and professional methods. Additionally we engaged with the homeowner early, advising we raise the height of a the home from the initial 600mm floor level. Utilising the space under the home as a double carport with additional secure storage. Advice, experience and honesty is what you can expect when you engage with us

Excellent all round. Had previously tried to fix the leak/rot with another builder, spent $5k and they couldn't fix it. Reegan's approach has actually worked this time, much higher quality than the previous builder. And he understood we had a tight budget and gave us ways to keep costs down - letting us do prep and painting work, and finding ways to keep the scope as small as possible.

Reegan and Elijah did a fantastic job on completing remedial work on the exterior of my house, as picked up in a builder's report on the house, before sending it to market for sale. Reegan's communication skills were top notch, with a daily update before work, and follow up with photos the same evening when required. The house is now looking amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done. I will definitely be keeping their details on speed dial, in case I need them in the future.
