Licenced Building Practioner required for remedial exterior house work

I have a monolithic/fibre cement clad house that requires some remedial work to be undertaken by an LBP (the work probably comes under carpentry) prior to it being painted, readying the house for sale. I have a detailed builders report of which I can forward the relevent sections.

IN SUMMARY: (1) Monolithic - there are some minor cracks in the exterior cladding and some at texture coating/joinery junctions, which need to be professionally repaired. Some of the cracking may relate to control joints, however this can be determined by a cladding specialist when carrying out the repairs. There is cracking at the inter-cladding junction flashings and one flashing is damaged and failing, which will need to be replaced. Recommended modification required to all inter-cladding junctions by a licensed building practioner.
(2) Fibre Cement - There is damaged cladding that requires repair, or replacement. There is some exposed timber framing at the back of the garage which needs further investigation by a licensed building practioner, to determine the extent of any damage and repair as necessary.
