slotted pine post and rail with a concrete footing

Premium 1.2m slotted post and rail fence completed in Waimakau. We supplied and installed the full fence line, applying Bituproof to the in-ground sections of each post to help protect against moisture and extend post life. For long-term stability, every post was set in a 300 x 300 reinforced concrete plinth with rebar for added strength. The slotted post system delivers clean lines and consistent spacing, and each rail was pin-nailed in place to prevent movement or loosening over time. Finished with a quality stain to enrich the timber colour and brighten the overall appearance—resulting in a strong, tidy fence that’s built to last.

tennis court

Here we installed a fully enclosed tennis court in Hamilton measuring 38m x 24m x 2.4m high, using 40NB pipe and fittings powder coated in satin black. The finish was completed with fusion-bonded 35mm diamond mesh for a clean, durable look. All posts were concreted into the ground before the court surface was laid to ensure a stronger, longer-lasting hold. A top and bottom rail were installed to add strength and prevent tennis balls from escaping underneath the fence. we connected the mesh to the rails and posts using black fusion bond lacing wire for a clean look. To keep the court feeling open, the fencing height was lowered to 1m high through the centre section, reducing the enclosed feel while still maintaining a clear boundary. The opposite side features a concrete seating area, providing a comfortable space to watch matches. For access, we installed a pedestrian gate as well as a double swing gate, making entry easy for both players and maintenance equipment.

Subdivision in drury

This project involved the installation of approximately 250 metres of 1.2 m wide × 1.2 m high aluminium PS1-rated panels to meet local council safety and compliance regulations. The installation was completed by core drilling into the existing concrete surface, followed by chemical anchoring (cemsetting) stainless steel threaded rod into the substrate to provide a secure and durable fixing system. Fence posts were then installed and fastened using stainless steel washers and nuts, ensuring long-term corrosion resistance and structural stability. Once the panels were fitted, plastic caps were tapped onto each vertical section to provide a clean, tidy finish and protect the exposed edges. The completed installation delivers a strong, compliant, and visually neat barrier system that meets regulatory requirements while maintaining a professional finish.
