Project description

Here we installed a fully enclosed tennis court in Hamilton measuring 38m x 24m x 2.4m high, using 40NB pipe and fittings powder coated in satin black. The finish was completed with fusion-bonded 35mm diamond mesh for a clean, durable look.

All posts were concreted into the ground before the court surface was laid to ensure a stronger, longer-lasting hold. A top and bottom rail were installed to add strength and prevent tennis balls from escaping underneath the fence.

we connected the mesh to the rails and posts using black fusion bond lacing wire for a clean look.

To keep the court feeling open, the fencing height was lowered to 1m high through the centre section, reducing the enclosed feel while still maintaining a clear boundary. The opposite side features a concrete seating area, providing a comfortable space to watch matches.

For access, we installed a pedestrian gate as well as a double swing gate, making entry easy for both players and maintenance equipment.
