G.J. Gardner Homes has been operating in the Tauranga district since 1998 and is independently owned and operated by Daniela Cabrera and Caleb Schaeffer of Schaeffer Homes Ltd. In 2019 Tauranga was split into two businesses, Tauranga North and South, to better serve their customers.
Our Tauranga South office covers a large area in the Bay of Plenty region from Whakatane through to Matamata and including all of Tauranga and the Western Bay south of Cameron Road and S.H.23. Welcome Bay, Pyes Pa, Papamoa, Te Puke are just some of the areas that they build in around the Tauranga South district.
