Finishing of tiling was poor. Joins in corners didn't match. Mosaic tiles were chipped but not replaced with unchipped ones, just grouted over. grout in one bathroom was a very different colour to the other. There is gaps in the grouting. the silicone edging was poorly done. top of tiles were sealed without dusting so lots of dirt/dust is trapped under the clear silicone!. I am not going to write at any real length, suffice to say that we are going to have to get a lot of the work redone, both showers leak, the quality was quite substandard, the people that just came to have a look at the job were all but horrified at what they were looking at, this has been a nightmare.

Gutter gave way, said he will come to fix it after 2 months still no sign. Gave him my home key to have access to electricity and to repair my ceiling but they lost my key. Said he will replace my lock again after 2 months still no sign of them.

John did a fantastic job. We struck a problem, through no fault of his, and John went to enormous trouble to identify the problem and find an appropriate solution. The proof of an excellent trades person is not just in how well they do when things go well - it is the response they make when problems arise. John came up trumps. Will certainly be asking John to quote for future work.

John has been a godsend for us. He initially came in to tile a bathroom and laundry. Once we learned he was also a qualified plumber and builder, he was able to help us with a multitude of other jobs around the house. We are not sure what we would have done without him. I definitely recommend John if you are looking for a quality tradesman.
