Job description
Complete renovation of a small ensuite [upstairs] and directly below is a large bathroom. Ensuite measures 1.8m x 1.9m this room requires a non load bearing wall to be moved .5m to get us the 1.9m dimesion.needs shower, toilet and vanity. Downstairs measures 2.0m x 2.9m and requires same as upstairs. Both rooms have been cleared and pretty much are blank canvases.

I am not going to write at any real length, suffice to say that we are going to have to get a lot of the work redone, both showers leak, the quality was quite substandard, the people that just came to have a look at the job were all but horrified at what they were looking at, this has been a nightmare.
