Tiling 2 bathrooms and toilet areas
Job description
Hi we have a bathroom which we renovating, what we would want to do is tile the floor and half way up the walls, there is also have a separate toilet and that floor we would like to tile, an en suite tiling the walls and floors, approx dimensions are for the floor area is downstairs bathroom 2050mmx2000mm toilet 2040mmx870mm en suite 1700mmx2400mm Tiling on the walls are 1200mm high There is a shower box in both area which is --- vanity 1000mm long en suite 900mm long we would need it to have water proofing done there is a row of mosaics at the top of the wall tiling we have already purchased the floor tiles but will need to get the white wall tiles

Finishing of tiling was poor. Joins in corners didn't match. Mosaic tiles were chipped but not replaced with unchipped ones, just grouted over. grout in one bathroom was a very different colour to the other. There is gaps in the grouting. the silicone edging was poorly done. top of tiles were sealed without dusting so lots of dirt/dust is trapped under the clear silicone!. Father and son team, but the communication between them was VERY POOR. usually either only one or the other was here and there was no communication between the two so we had to repeat everything numerous times during the days, which was annoying as both me and my husband work full time too! Job was dragged out and also they said they had other jobs on the go at the same time. I feel they took on too many jobs for their capacity, over committing themselves, and this wasn't fair on us or any of their other clients.
