Overall I was happy with the job, cost was good except the builder didn't assess the job correctly at quoting stage which meant more work required and expense. Builder attempted to plaster the walls but I ended up finding my own plasterer(on Builderscrack) to finish the job to a reasonable standard. Some unforeseeable remediation was required which the builder happily sorted and was appreciated. Upfront communication could be better. Attendance was good.

Offered a refund after not doing remedial work. Saying job was completed many times. Stairs weee not screwed in, did lots of lazy work. Took a lot longer to complete. Balastraid / hand rail missing parts and not screwed in.
