Hi I am a Licensed Building Practitioner and have been building and project managing for more than 35 years. We specialise in renovations and alterations and pride ourselves in completing a job to the highest standard, on time and to your satisfaction, whether it be a small alteration, larger project or project management. We are a family business - currently we are a team of 2 - myself and my son Luke who has recently completed his building apprenticeship. We complete all work onsite ourselves so you can rest assured we will provide a top quality result for you. I also have an inspection side of the company where I complete quality control inspections for new builds or alterations and pre-purchase inspections.

Addition and complete renovation of character cottage

Addition and total renovation of a run down character cottage, adding an extra bedroom, bathroom, decking, doors, as well as complete interior renovation including new kitchen and bathrooms. This was an opportunity to be creative and design the addition and renovation myself. These photos show before, during and completed result.

House Renovation

This house was completely renovated with new kitchen, bathroom, repainted and recarpeted. We also added french doors and a new deck off a bedroom.

Quote was slightly higher than others but based on the reviews and photos of their previous work I was confident quality would be good. Managed my expectations really well about timeframes. In the end job was completed earlier than expected :) Builder pointed out a limitation with my design idea when on site and proposed an alternative. Happy with the end result. Thanks!

Home Renovation - Builder Needed!

PPI Was contracted to renovate our first home, The 2 Filipino builders were very hard and fast workers. Geoff was very understanding of our situation as we were living in the home during construction but didn't overlook most of the work that was done. Geoff became rather defensive when questioned on poor quality finishing work in the end which really let the whole project down and lead to the council not signing off our final inspection. I would recommend Geoff for work that you will not see.
