Few days before commencement of job Mike has disappeared.Our questions about the job were not answered.When he finally appeared,without answering questions,he said "I will do the job the way I do".We had to cancel this job.Luckily we located professionals who saved us from falling behind the schedule.Mike contacted us recently to say that he heard that my "floorsanding job turned to shit" and that this is "good".No Mike,another company did a good job and you have a very bad attitude.
