Job description
Supply and fit new 60mm x 19mm Kauri, Tawa or equivalent (to match existing Tawa) tounge and groove timber flooring in new addition to existing house (lounge and study). 30sqm laid over floor joists (possibly on sub floor). Also, sand, fill and apply 3 coats waterbourne poly to all existing Tawa timber flooring areas. Approx 76sqm Renovation/build is underway so need fixed price quote asap.

Want your floor done right? Mike is the guy. Not only was he on budget, he delivered on time and the quality - well, we couldn't be happier. Communication was great and we were informed early about anything out of scope (such as a nasty hole). The new re-claimed Tawa and our existing Tawa match really well and is a seamless transition from old to new. I would recommend Mike to anyone wanting existing timber floors sanded and refinished or repaired or anyone wanting new flooring laid.
