Hardwood flooring installation and finishing

Looking at extending hardwood flooring to lounge area (4.1m x 5m). Floor currently is MDF board so need to take off and replace with the hardwood flooring. Open to tradies supplying hardwood flooring if price is reasonable or can supply own wood. Hardwood floor is currently tongue and groove tawa or matai (not 100% sure). There are also some holes that need to be patched in other areas. Once installed, it will need sanding and polyurethane applied so if tradies can do this as well that would be a bonus.

Mike and Josh did an excellent job patching large sections of pulled up floor, and restoring the original kitchen, dining and hallway hardwood floor with a new sanded and polyurethane finish. Mike was super easy to deal with, communicated frequently throughout the work, and ensured I was 100% happy with the finished result.
