I’m Sara Nazem, an NZ-Registered Architect, Director and Founder of Studio Ren, with over 10 years of professional experience delivering high-quality new builds and renovations across New Zealand. My portfolio includes residential homes, commercial buildings, community facilities, and large-scale public projects.

I specialise in house renovations, extensions, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, recladding, internal reconfigurations, as well as designing and delivering complete new-build homes and commercial buildings from the ground up.

What I Offer

I provide a seamless design-and-build service, offering a single point of contact from concept to completion. I handle the architecture, council requirements, documentation, material selections, and coordinate trusted builders to deliver the construction—so you don’t have to deal with multiple consultants.
