I hired this company to do some garden work including tree trimming, levelling the lawn, and reseeding. The two guys who came to do the work were nice and friendly. However, they asked for payment on site and said the invoice would be emailed later, but I never received any invoice. I had also clearly mentioned beforehand that a tree needed to be trimmed lower because it was touching the powerline. Only after they finished the work did they tell me they didn’t have the suitable tools to do that. If I had known earlier, I wouldn’t even have chosen this company. After the work was done there was zero communication – no invoice, no follow-up, and no guidance on how to maintain the garden after seeding. I had to look up maintenance myself and watered regularly, but there are still bare patches after three weeks. I emailed them asking for advice or if someone could come take a look, but received absolutely no response. It really felt like once the work was done and payment was taken, they no longer cared about the customer. Overall a disappointing and unprofessional experience.

The crew were friendly and efficient. They did an amazing job for us with clearing gorse and other weeds from an elevated area of our garden. Something we don’t want to tackle ourselves. Very appreciative.

I had the services of Coby's Gardening & Landscaping today, to give the gardens in need of a good tidy up. The work consisted of weeding; laying 12 bags of garden compost; trimming of edges; spraying and green waste removal The work was completed within just over an hour.
