I'm a local Property Manager working for an award winning company. Dylan from Tidy Troopers is a fantastic example of a young business owner determined to take his company to the next level. I really admire his work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to delivering quality service with excellent communication and attention to detail. What I value most about working alongside Tidy Troopers is the additional perspective Dylan brings when completing exterior grounds and maintenance work. As a specialist working at different angles and levels around a property, he can sometimes identify things that aren’t visible from ground level, such as issues around rooflines, drainage, or gutters. He is always mindful of my investors’ costs and takes the time to discuss the best solution, ensuring the right outcome at the right spend while maintaining his high standards. Dylan is also across the Healthy Homes Standards and compliance requirements and has provided valuable feedback when visiting a property. Having that extra set of eyes and a trusted contractor who understands the importance of preventative maintenance, compliance with legislation, and protecting the long-term condition of a property is a huge benefit and gives me confidence that my clients’ properties are being well looked after. I look forward to continuing to work alongside Dylan and Tidy Troopers as they grow. Highly recommend

We have hired Tidy Troopers twice. Good communication too. :)

Dylan was able to respond quickly to a client that needed an urgent job to be done, resulting in him needing to complete the work on a Sunday. The job was completed to an exceptional standard, and my client was able to save several thousand dollars by not having to paint an intricate fence that Dylan was able to chemical wash, transforming it to look almost new. The detailed report that followed clearly showed exactly what was achieved and the difference the work made in appearance.
