Rental Maintenance -weed control

Property is house split into 3 flats with shared garden front & back with access ways. I need a quote for weed spaying around house circumstance, pathways and concreted areas including the garage & to the washing line at the back. As you face the house there is a creeper around the bottom left window that needs trimmed back to let in more light & the self seeded small tree on the left just before the door to flat 1 which is bottom left also needs to be gone. The path beyond flat 1’s door also needs to be cleared of weeds. Thank you
