After the new flashing was in place, we reinstalled the concrete tiles, followed by a fresh coat of paint to enhance both the protection and appearance of the roof. Maki Centre Ongoing Project
We’re currently working on a large-scale roofing and cladding project at the Maki Centre, covering around 11,000 square meters. Our team is handling the full installation, including long-run roofing, insulation, netting, and flashings. With 10 skilled workers on site, this project showcases our expertise in managing major commercial roofing and cladding jobs.
Foodie - Roof Installation and Cladding
At Foodie Asian Supermarket, we provided a full roofing solution for their expansion into a large commercial space. Our team began by installing roof netting for added safety and stability. We then focused on ceiling insulation to improve energy efficiency and maintain consistent internal temperatures. For the main roof, we used FS690 roofing iron, known for its durability against Auckland's weather. We also installed canopies and internal parapet wall cladding with 5-rib wall cladding sheets, ensuring a watertight seal with carefully fitted flashings. The project was completed with precision, offering lasting protection and quality.
