Full Roof Replacement – Ōnehanga

Project Description: We completed a full roof replacement at a property in Ōnehanga. Work completed: Removed the old roof and disposed of all waste materials safely. Installed new underlay and flashings to ensure weather tightness. Fitted and secured new roofing sheets across the entire property. Completed ridge and edge cappings with a neat, durable finish. Left the site clean and tidy, providing before and after photos for the customer.

Roof Assessment & Leak Check – Pakuranga

Project Description: We attended a property in Pakuranga to investigate a possible roof leak. Work completed: Inspected the slate roof, flashings, and ceiling cavity for moisture ingress. Checked for cracks, tile movement, and any roof penetrations. Identified the likely cause of staining inside the property. Took inspection photos and provided recommendations for repair.

Roof Ridge Repointing & Broken Tile Replacement

We carried out roof maintenance which included repointing approximately 7 metres of ridge line with a flexible compound to ensure long-lasting strength and weather protection. Several cracked and broken tiles were carefully replaced with close-matching replacements to restore the roof’s integrity. All work was completed using proper safety gear, and the roof was left tidy and secure. Before and after photos were provided to the client.

Full Exterior Chemical Wash – House, Roof, Driveway & Back Area

this property had built-up dirt, mould, and stains across the entire exterior – from the walls and roof to the driveway and backyard areas. The build-up made the home look tired, dull, and unwelcoming. Our team carried out a professional chemical wash on the whole house, including the roof, exterior walls, driveway, and pathways. Using the right cleaning solutions and equipment, we removed all dirt, moss, and grime safely and effectively. The result is a fresh, spotless, and bright home exterior that looks almost brand new. The driveway and back area are now clean and slip-free, and the whole property has regained its kerb appeal – all completed at a very affordable cost for the customer.

Roof & Gutter Cleaning – Blockage and Overflow Fixed

Project Description: The gutters on this property were completely blocked and in very bad condition, which caused water to overflow and flood during heavy rain. This not only created drainage issues but also risked damage to the property. Our team carried out a full clean of the roof and gutters, removing all built-up debris, dirt, and blockages. Once cleared, the gutters were tested with water to ensure smooth flow and proper drainage. The roof and gutter system are now clean, free-flowing, and functioning properly – all completed at a very affordable cost for the customer.

Roof Ridge Repointing & Protective Painting

This roof had very old and cracked ridge pointing which caused water leaks and left the roof vulnerable to further damage. Our team carefully removed all the damaged and loose ridge pointing, then repointed the ridges with fresh mortar to restore strength and weather protection. Once the surface was cleaned and prepared, we applied two coats of high-quality roof paint. This treatment not only sealed and protected the ridges but also extended the life of the roof at a very affordable cost. The roof is now watertight, durable, and looking refreshed.
