Fair price charged for great job done by two movers on the day. Regarding customer service though - Had a ring initially to say they were running 2 hours late, (before they arrived) however another ring after 2 1/2 hours to let me know how far away truck still was would have been good, rather than me having to ring to chase up. Customer service to book job was a breeze. Then the guys called on the day to tell me they were running ahead of schedule so that I was able to meet them on early, and then did an outstanding job from there. Hard working guys too, I tried to encourage them to have a few minutes break/smoko on my time, and they insisted to keep working until the job was complete. An added bonus: was at the start of holiday weekend, and they only charged me normal travel time to and from location. They didn't bill me for the horrible holiday traffic afterward. We booked the guys online and paid a deposit, no problem. Communication was good and they arrived a little early which was very useful. The packing was swift and safe, a 300k drive and they actually arrived a little ahead of us and so the unpacking was easy. I would certainly recommend these guys, they were prompt, courteous and efficient and above all, no damage to anything. Definitely worth a call.
