So along with having a trainee on board, having to be told what to do, the job taking longer then needed, as well as the trainee constantly putting goods on the dirty ground. They then used force to get a washing machine up the lip of the garage on a trolley, causing the slid to slam backwards and forwards and snapping off ( done by the new guy training ) they take no responsibility for the damage, I will never refer anyone to using your service.

Auckland Kiwi movers were brilliant. Gave me good tips over the phone, turned up bang on time, were careful of my belongings, and did everything they could to make the move easily. Absolutely shocking customer service. They will take no responsibility for damage to your items or your house even go as far to blame you for the damage. After trying to complain in person we were greeted with hostility and denial even with photo evidence. After emailing my complaint they tried to blame everything on me and again tried to deny any wrong doing, they “restated accounts of the move” that were completely fabricated and tried to say we never mentioned anything to the movers on the day. This is only the short version of the list of disappointments from this company too. The reason people hire movers to take the stress off but it just made the process 10x more stressful. Take the warning and spend the money and get a reputable company who know the meaning of customer service!!

Would not recommend. Emailed me morning of move cancelling job DOD not even make a phone call to let me know. Did not reply to emails.
