Book a move with them. They state that they would be there at approx 9am. Move day: 8:15 am I email them and say I will see them later. 9:40 am I phone them. Am told that the driver should already have arrived. They will get back to me. 9:50 get phone back to say that driver phoned in sick. Told that they are trying to find someone else. They then say someone will be there at 12 when they finish another job. I ask him if it will be 12 or later as he didnt sound very sure of himself. He replies and says it could be later. So no surety. Cancelled with them. I phoned smart movers whom previously told me they were booked up. They booked a truck and 2 people for me within 2 hours. Arrived at 11:30 as mentions and moved me. Reply: Hi Daniel Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused on the day of your scheduled move. Unfortunately, one of our drivers reported sick at short notice, which was an unforeseen situation beyond our control. Our team was actively trying to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible to minimise the delay. We understand the importance of reliability and clear communication, particularly on a moving day, and regret that we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion. Please be assured that we are reviewing our contingency procedures to better manage unexpected situations in the future. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

Big THANKS to Auckland Kiwi Movers who helped our office move to 2 locations on 2 different dates! They were so fast, polite and so professional. We are so grateful for them coming to our rescue in the 2nd move after we had organised with another mover who at the last minute on the day of the Move/relocation put us on hold/making up excuses after weeks of confirming the job! -some real cowboys!! It was such a shock to be treated this way!!! I had a very stressful morning but thanks so much to Dilsher and his team at Auckland Kiwi movers who came through for us and organised their people and a truck by 9.30am. Wow! Awesome Service!! They managed to fit me in for the move at the time I needed and helped us swiftly with the move. The boys are friendly and so professional with their job!
