We booked Auckland Kiwi Movers over a month in advance for our house move on 13/02/2026. Because moving day is obviously stressful and time-sensitive, I confirmed with them weekly that everything was still on track. Every time, I was reassured. Two days before our move — after all planning, time off work, and coordination had been locked in — I emailed one last time to confirm. That’s when I was told they are “halting all operations for February and March” due to a business restructure and would not be completing our job. Two days’ notice. No prior warning. No phone call. No attempt to help find an alternative. Just an email cancelling. This left us scrambling to find replacement movers at the last minute during one of the most stressful weeks of our lives. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. If your move is important to you, do not risk booking this company.

Do not use these guys truck broke down apparently sent a smaller truck which then needed to do two loads cost was over the top I questioned the price as the big truck I had ordered would have done it in one load they would drop the price if I paid cash so I did only to start unpacking and find damage to our property lots and lots of damage I messaged dilshan as soon as I found this and no response considering that he answered every other message the damage propertys value is more than the price I paid this company please anyone looking to use this company think again and go elsewhere we are so upset about our property we have had damaged and the lack of care or responsible from the owner of this terrible company
