We’ve called 3 times to move their truck as it’s blocking our driveway and we cannot get out. You park your truck 3-4 houses down from your own and make it difficult for us to drive out as our driveway is on a curve we have to go the opposite direction of the curve to get out risking hitting the curb multiple times or another parked car in the other direction! Park at your own house or driveway!!! Reply: Thanks for your message, and sorry for the inconvenience. We totally understand how frustrating it can be when a vehicle is parked too close to the driveway — even if it's not blocking it, it can still make getting in and out a pain, especially on a curve. We'll make sure our team is more careful about where the truck is parked next time. We really appreciate you pointing it out and giving us a chance to fix it.

AMAZING moving company! The team not only did an amazing job with the loading and unloading but also helped me pack as I recently had surgery and was unable to. Communication was 💯. They were relatively punctual and moved the majority of what we asked. The poor rating is because they tore drawers out of our furniture, destroying the runners. This is something that just didn't require brute force. There were other small incidents of damage as well. This is a common theme throughout the reviews as well if you look. You will be completely ignored if you raise an issue. Do not pay until you inspect all items. Reply: Thank you for your feedback. While our team takes the utmost care when handling all items, moves are carried out at the owner’s risk unless there is an incident involving a truck accident on the road.
