0/5 Stars - Extremely Disappointing Experience with Auckland Kiwi Movers I'm writing this review as a warning to others: avoid Auckland Kiwi Movers at all costs. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and blatant disregard for customers' time are unacceptable. I booked their services for a move, but the experience was a disaster from start to finish. On the scheduled day, I received a call from the company informing me that they wouldn't be able to make it on time. Not only that, but they also had the audacity to tell me that they would be a staggering 2 hours late. This level of unreliability and disrespect for customers' time is appalling. It's clear that Auckland Kiwi Movers do not value their clients' schedules or inconvenience. The lack of communication and organization within the company is staggering. It's inexcusable to cancel or delay a booking at the last minute, leaving customers scrambling to make alternative arrangements. Unless you enjoy stress, frustration, and a healthy dose of disappointment, stay far, far away from Auckland Kiwi Movers. There are far better, more reliable moving companies in Auckland that actually respect their customers' time. Pros: None Cons: - Poor communication - Unreliable and unpredictable service - Disregard for customers' time - Lack of professionalism - Unacceptable cancellation and delay policies *Would not recommend.
Horrible company. They broke my side table and just pretended nothing happened! Took them almost 3 hours to do a 1 hour job and one of the guys was only on the phone. After they left I realised the side table was not there and tried calling, emailing and texting but as you can imagine no success. After trying for over a month they finally got back to me with the answer that they could return to me the broken item if I wanted to haha hilarious, right?! After a LOT of emails and stress they finally said they would reimburse me but only if I had the receipt haha i told them I didn’t have the receipt anymore and they just did not care. I also requested my invoice and nothing. It’s a miserable company owed by miserable people! After all the stress and lack of professionalism I just gave up. I haven’t received any reimbursement or apologies. Honestly go with ANY other company but them.
