The delivery guys were awesome. Fantastic service and great care with delivery. Sadly, the customer service from the main office was appalling which is why we rate a 2. Very rude, unfriendly service from the first contact we had. Later contact was good when we had to follow up what was happening but we were so let down from the first contact.
