The service and quality was good - a delay on the day was a shame/could have been communicated better but fortunately we had spare time. The guys were great and efficient - would recommend! Reply: Hi Thanks Charlotte We are happy that we did it right and sorry about the delay. As the arrival time is always appropriate and really depends on the job before it sometimes takes bit longer. Genuinely wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Absolutely horrendous customer service. They turned up with a tiny Hireace truck not fit for the job and tried to make me pay more because apparently their truck broke down, as if that's the customer's fault. One of the two movers did all of the work while the other stood there folding cloths the whole time. I had to help because I wanted it to happen at a reasonable pace. Tried to scam me out of an extra hour because they based the time on the trucks GPS, even though the guy wrote an earlier time on the receipt that I paid for. Tried to make me pay extra time for them to fuel up the truck in which they arrived an hour late in (first job of the day too, so no reason to be late and have no fuel) Threatened to get a debt collector onto me illegally. This company is a disgrace and shouldn't be in business. They definitely won't remain to be if they don't make some serious changes to how they treat people and conduct themselves.

I was extremely upset and disappointed with my service. They were an hour late before even contacting us to say they were late regarless of the reason. The men seemed hungover and extremely worn out. I paid for two men however they moved incredibly slowly together only made up equivalent of one man. Our storage unit was smaller than the truck and everything should have fit in one load. When we moved our items into the unit it was only just under 4 hours to move everything. They took the full 6 hours which was originally quoted just incase and still didn't finish moving everything and has actually cost me more money else where. They damaged some of our furniture and were going to leave the one item I specifically wanted to book them for. I put in the online enquiry, the verbal inquiry and then reminded the day before at confirmation of a heavy item to move. Which they tried telling me I had never mentioned it and would be charged more. Regardless of who is paying for the service all clients should be treated the same and not taken advantage of or treated like service doesn't matter. I would never recommend this company to anyone ever and would not use them again in future. Reply: Hi Jacinda Workers were late from first job as it took longer that what we thought Everything went well one of our worker called in sick next day may be he wasn’t feeling well And about heavy item you have mentioned that there are all regular stuff Then all of the sudden there was a PIANO for which there are extra charges Because this was Winz quote we never got paid that money and we did finished your move half an hour after paid time was over We could have come back when time was over and never moved piano as we never got paid for that But we did it for customer and you are still not satisfied

Thanks team! Paul, Chevy and Kat were really helpful for this one off furniture move. I had an oversized couch with fold out bed and needed it moved into a first floor studio, over the balcony! Tyson frm Remuera says a big ty to a great duo team. No sketchy price quote unlike aklexpertmovers.. nearly made me pay 500 for 1 sec job.
