Job was booked with the office, but office did not book movers nor a truck, so no one showed up on the day. Had to be rebooked for the next day, which wasted a day of my time. The guys who showed up for the move were excellent though, efficient and took great care. They salvaged what would have been a ruthlessly negative review.
