I recently purchased a Mitsubishi heat pump, which I'm extremely pleased with. Brad was brilliant at helping select the right unit for the space it inhabits, price was the best out of three quotes, so 10/10 for service, price and installation. We are so happy with our new ULEB fire and the outstanding service at simply heat. The installer that Georgina put us in touch with, Darrell, did an amazing job. 10/10 Would recommend. Reply: Than you for the positive feed back and we hope you enjoy the warmth of the new fire .
