Simply Heat is simply amazing. From 1st contact to installation they were amazing, great communication and stuck to quoted timelines (which were fast, 2 weeks from quote to completion). I rang at the last minute to get a second price for a Daikin heat pump installation. That phone call saved me $700 and the whole project was seamless and completed within one week. I recently purchased a Mitsubishi heat pump, which I'm extremely pleased with. Brad was brilliant at helping select the right unit for the space it inhabits, price was the best out of three quotes, so 10/10 for service, price and installation.
