I bought and had installed a Mitsubishi whole home high wall units system from Simply Heat. I had quotes from a few places for different units, I liked the combo of the Mitsi units look, the price/performance, and good comms/service/advice from Simply Heat. Install went well and great system. There was after sales resolution needed and I got Simply Heat involved, and even though the sale was all done some time back, they took it seriously and spent their time and resources helping and getting things right. For me that's the sign of a good place that you'd want to deal with and worth buying from. Reply: Hi Simon, what a fantastic review to receive! Totally agree with your comments, it’s how you deal with the problems that sets you apart.
