We had our ducted heat pump installed by Simply Heat about a month ago, and we’ve been very happy with both the system and the service provided. Recently, Luke came back to check a concern we had and was incredibly helpful and professional. He took the time to inspect everything carefully, explain how the system works, and share useful advice and tips. His friendly attitude and willingness to help gave us great confidence and reassurance. A big thank you as well to Michael and the whole Simply Heat team for their excellent customer service and prompt support throughout the process. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers even after the installation is completed. Highly recommend Simply Heat Christchurch to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding service.

Mick, Luke, and the team were a great choice for us. Communication was excellent - during the quoting process by listening to what we were wanting, and also throughout the job as it progressed. The new ducted system with zone control is great, and we're very happy in a much warmer house. Pricing for the job was competitive, the team worked quickly and carefully, and they also arranged a painter to touch up a couple of chips in the ceiling.
