Called at 8:30am. Fixed same day. Legends. Our cooling system decided to turn into an indoor waterfall, with water dripping through the light fixtures. Not exactly the mood lighting we were going for. One call to Wayne May and Josh was here the same day, sorted it in 15 minutes, and saved us from a very soggy, very sparky disaster. I’ve spent longer choosing a coffee order. (Note - DC did not do the original install) Fast, friendly, and they actually know their stuff. Huge thanks to Wayne and Josh. Had the team come and retro fit a Mitsubishi ducted system with Airtouch at our home last year. Can’t fault their quality work, attention to customer service and back up support after installation. I wish we’d installed this many years ago. Just been through our first full winter and haven’t missed the stacking or firewood, the cleaning of dust etc from the fire. The features offered with the Airtouch system means we always come home to a lovely warm home. It hasn’t really made a huge difference to our monthly power bills either. Would happily recommend Wayne and his team to anyone needing a quality system and installation. Thanks Team, we love it!
