We are so happy with our new ULEB fire and the outstanding service at simply heat. The installer that Georgina put us in touch with, Darrell, did an amazing job. 10/10 Would recommend. Reply: Than you for the positive feed back and we hope you enjoy the warmth of the new fire .

Blown away by the kind & informative advise from the beautiful blond woman at reception today (sorry I didn’t get your name!) Went out of her way to help us find the right solution for our broken gas fire, even though that meant sending us elsewhere (as they didn’t do that model). The honesty was much appreciated & we will definitely be back to purchase from you if we can’t fix ours.
