After making a €250 payment, communication became very difficult and my issue is still unresolved Reply: Hi there, We believe this review is not genuine and has been posted as spam/bot. We have no record of any booking, deposit, or communication under this name, and our business operates in New Zealand using NZD not euros. We’ve also noticed you’ve posted the same review across multiple unrelated businesses, which further indicates this is not a legitimate customer experience. We kindly ask that this review be removed.
