Mark from Kustom Roofing was fantastic to deal with. We are in the process of selling a house and needed some vents brought up to code as part of obtaining the Code of Compliance. Mark quoted the job quickly and also took the time to point out that the roof condition could become an issue at point of sale due to rust and the use of old style roof nails rather than hex screws. Mark and his team carried out that work, replaced some rusty roof ridges, and made the roof sound again. I had planned to do the roof painting myself, but it was simply too dangerous, so I asked Mark to take that on as well. His team did an amazing job and the roof now looks like new. They also spotted a few other issues and checked with us before fixing them, which we really appreciated. Overall we are extremely happy with the service, communication, and attention to detail.
