October 2025, rain and gales partially lifted my double Twin wall layer conservatory roof...fortunately the roof mostly remained in place, but now leaking rain and damaged to the extent that total replacement was necessary. Five months of uncertainty followed, with conversations between myself, insurance co and various roofing companies, which concluded with replacement work being awarded to Roofing and Membrane Solutions. (Amanda is the lady to talk to!). Amanda presented me with a new roof design which was stronger and more durable than the previous one, also a price for work and materials and an associated timeline. I found these all acceptable for removal of the damaged roof and installation of the new roof. Communication between all parties was excellent and as a past Project Manager myself, I watched work progress with interest. Amanda’s team were definitely a very happy group who were skillful at their work - they worked efficiently, and I could tell that they knew what they were doing. This is reflected in the workmanship of the replaced roof, which I think looks great. In summary, the work was completed on time, cost and to a high standard. Site was cleared of all rubbish. I’d definitely recommend Roofing and Membrane Solutions to anyone needing similar roofing work undertaken. (Amanda’s the lady to talk to).
