I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Stellar Property Management by our letting agents when we decided some work was needed on my parents’ property. The fact that I was based overseas made me dread the process of having to arrange everything from afar, but Shane was so professional and responsive that I immediately felt comfortable leaving things in his hands and gave him the go ahead to start work before my return to NZ. When I got back I was incredibly pleased at both the progress and quality of work that had been completed. As was to be expected starting work on an old house that hadn’t been maintained for years, it was a bit like opening a can of worms and the list of essential works kept growing. This was where Shane really proved his worth; he had contacts with every trade that was needed and all of their employees were equally as polite and professional as his own. Towards the end I began joking with him I was going to find a problem he couldn’t solve but never succeeded! I left before the final jobs were completed but have every confidence everything will be done to the same high standards and Shane has provided regular updates by video.
