We had a leaky roof on our one storey home and reached out to Scott, and from the start the process felt easy and well managed. He came back to us quickly, explained everything clearly, and gave us a really fair price for a new steel roof. What stood out the most was the communication. Scott kept us in the loop the whole way through, always letting us know what was happening and when. That made a stressful situation feel a lot more manageable. The team were great to deal with, respectful on site and worked efficiently. The finished roof looks amazing and has completely changed the look and feel of our home. We recently had a new roof done by Scott and his team and honestly, it was a really good experience. The team were great to deal with—easygoing but still professional. They got the quote through quickly, and once we gave them the go-ahead, they didn’t muck around getting started. The whole job was done smoothly and without any hassle. The workmanship is spot on too—you can tell they know what they’re doing and take pride in it. Definitely happy to recommend them. We had a re-roof (part single/part double story house with coloursteel including spouting replacement) done by Scott and his team. The whole process was super easy from getting a quote to the job being done. Communication was excellent, the team were polite & careful and the job was completed within the estimated four days. Something that was good to see was safety being a priority for the team, and while others claim to be licensed/certified - out of the 8 companies we were considering, Scott was the only one we could find on the actual registers, and they had the best workmanship warranty which is why we went with them. We have just had our roof installed by Scott and his Team. Scott's communication from initial contact until finishing the job has been second to none. Any challenges that arose (not due to Scott or his Team) were met with complete professionalism, and were worked through efficiently, competently and with a smile. They did a fantastic job and the roof looks amazing (it's still under a wrap, so photos are not available yet). If you have a roofing job that needs doing, we highly recommend Scott and his Team.
