Commercial Project (Northshore Hospital)
The FJ Construction team was involved in Phase 1 (foundation concrete formwork) and Phase 2 (framing timber partition walls) of the Northshore Hospital. The building consists of a steel structure and a concrete structure with timber partition walls. Hawkins the main Contractor.
Residential projects (two storeys building - Timber and concrete structure)
In these projects, Kainga Ora has the clients and the budget (approx. 5M-10M). The building is a two-storey building consisting of timber structures and concrete structures. FJ Construction was involved in the project from the ground to the roof as well as timber fencing, footpath etc
